Historic 4th of July Parade, on Revolution Road, Skippack, PA

Four members of the Philly Fife and Drum Company are leading the annual Historic 4th of July Parade through Skippack Village in Skippack Pennsylvania. The 2 mile parade route is on Rt 73 or “Revolution Road” from Route 113 to the Skippack Post Office at Forty Foot Road. It is called Revolution Road because George Washington and his troops marched up and back on this road a documented six times during the American Revolution between 1777 and 1778.
