Historic 4th of July Parade, on Revolution Road, Skippack, PA

Four members of the Philly Fife and Drum Company would have led the annual Historic 4^th of July Parade through Skippack Village in Skippack Pennsylvania, but the event was cancelled due to extreme heat. The 2 mile parade route is on Rt 73 or “Revolution Road”.  It is called Revolution Road because George Washington and his troops marched up and back on this road a documented six times during the American Revolution between 1777 and 1778.
