Historic Hope Lodge in Fort Washington, PA will host a free, public celebration featuring a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence by historical actor Steven Edenbo as Thomas Jefferson,  featuring the return of the Philly Fife and Drum Company, and an ice cream social for local families.
